STAY SAFE WILDCATS Physicals must be dated on or after April 15, 2022 or later to be good for the 2022-23 school year. All student-athletes must have a valid physical and consent form on file in the Athletic Office, prior to tryouts or participation in any High School sports activity.

You must be in line by 6:00 to receive a physical
Cost $10:00 per physical
Masks are mandatory to receive a Physical per Bronson Health Care
